Community before short-term profit
Profit sustains the company. Community gives it purpose. We will not knowingly pursue revenue that weakens the communities we serve.
Our founding promise
TakeAwayDriver was not created to become another commission-driven delivery marketplace. We are building a trusted local network that creates more opportunity for independent businesses and local people.
Why we exist
Every town and city has businesses that need flexible delivery support. Every town and city has capable people looking for local opportunity. TakeAwayDriver exists to help them find one another in a clearer, fairer and more trusted way.
We begin with takeaway delivery, but we are building the foundations for a wider independent local delivery network.
Our four pillars
Profit sustains the company. Community gives it purpose. We will not knowingly pursue revenue that weakens the communities we serve.
We exist to support local businesses, not take control of their customers or remove an excessive share of every order.
Local people should have meaningful choice over when, where and how they make themselves available.
Every product decision, policy and partnership must protect honesty, clarity and earned reputation.
A fairer commercial philosophy
Our long-term model is built around useful subscriptions and services—not taking a percentage of every delivery or a slice of a TakeAway Driver's earnings.
“We were not founded to build another extractive delivery app. We were founded to leave local businesses stronger, local people with more opportunity and communities better connected.”
Recognising contribution
Healthy networks are built by people who introduce, welcome and support active local members. Community Builders will be recognised for genuine contribution—not downlines, pressure or recruitment for its own sake.
TakeAway Credits is our working name for a future closed-loop recognition system. Credits will not be cash, cryptocurrency or investments. They will be a way to recognise positive participation and unlock clearly defined benefits within the ecosystem.
These features remain in development and will only launch with transparent rules and appropriate legal, accounting and fraud controls.
The Founder Test
A “no” means we pause, explain and reconsider.
