1. Relationship with TakeAwayDriver

TakeAwayDriver currently provides an introduction service. We do not employ or supply drivers as an employer, guarantee availability, supervise deliveries, collect delivery payments or become a party to the agreement between a business and driver.

2. Authority and accurate information

You must have authority to register the business and must provide accurate contact, trading, service-area and opportunity information. You must update information that changes.

3. Your checks and responsibilities

You remain responsible for deciding whether a driver is suitable, checking matters material to your business, agreeing lawful working arrangements and ensuring that your use of labour complies with employment, tax, equality, health and safety and right-to-work requirements.

4. Opportunity information

Requests must state relevant location, timing, duties, expected payment arrangements and known safety or vehicle requirements. Information must not be misleading or omit a fact that would materially affect a driver’s decision.

5. Payment and cancellation

You must agree and pay the driver directly under the current launch model. Payment, waiting time, expenses and cancellation terms should be agreed before work begins.

6. Food, premises and customer responsibilities

You remain responsible for food safety, packaging, order accuracy, allergen information, lawful operation of the food business, customer communications and providing a reasonably safe collection environment.

7. Conduct

You must treat drivers fairly and lawfully. Harassment, unlawful discrimination, coercion, unsafe requests, false opportunities and misuse of personal information are prohibited.

8. Verification and introductions

A verification status is limited to the stated checks and is not a guarantee. An introduction does not remove your own due diligence or create a recommendation by TakeAwayDriver.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or remove access where information appears false, payment or safety complaints arise, legal obligations may be breached or these terms are materially violated.

10. Other policies

These terms supplement our Website Terms, Privacy Policy, Verification Policy, Risk Notice and Acceptable Use Policy.
