You may use the platform only for lawful registration, support, introduction and delivery-related purposes.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting false identities, documents, opportunities, availability or business details.
• Harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination or exploitative conduct.
• Using contact details for unrelated marketing or selling personal information.
• Arranging illegal goods, unlawful deliveries or activity that creates an unreasonable safety risk.
• Scraping, copying or harvesting platform data.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls.
• Uploading malware or interfering with the service.
• Impersonating TakeAwayDriver or suggesting endorsement that has not been given.

3. Reporting concerns

Report suspected misuse to admin@takeawaydriver.co.uk. Use emergency services where there is immediate danger or active criminal conduct.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate, preserve relevant records, restrict access, remove content, contact affected users or notify an appropriate authority where proportionate and lawful.
