Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Current service is free

Joining TakeawayDriver as a launch driver or takeaway business is currently free. There is no joining fee or recurring membership subscription charged by TakeawayDriver, so there is ordinarily no platform membership payment to refund.

2. Direct arrangements

TakeawayDriver currently does not collect or hold payment for delivery work. Any payment, cancellation or refund dispute relating to a delivery arrangement is between the driver and takeaway under the terms they agreed. We may help pass on information but do not guarantee a resolution or payment.

3. Cancelling registration

You may ask us to close or withdraw your registration by emailing admin@takeawaydriver.co.uk. Closing a registration does not automatically delete records we must retain for security, complaints or legal purposes.

4. Future paid services

If we introduce fees, subscriptions, credits or other paid services, we will show the price, billing cycle, cancellation process and refund terms before purchase. We will also honour any mandatory statutory rights that apply, including consumer rights where the purchaser is acting as a consumer.

5. Mistaken payment

If you believe you have made a payment directly to TakeawayDriver in error, contact admin@takeawaydriver.co.uk with the date, amount, payment method and reference. We will investigate promptly.
