1. Ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the TakeAwayDriver name, visual identity, website copy, layouts, databases, software and original platform materials are owned by the operator or used under licence.
2. Permitted use
You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or business participation in TakeAwayDriver. You may print a reasonable copy of a policy or registration record for your own records.
3. Restrictions
You may not reproduce, republish, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, create a confusingly similar service from, or commercially exploit protected material without written permission, except where law expressly permits it.
4. User materials
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant us a limited right to store, reproduce and use them only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and make requested introductions.
